Dan: I'm new at this level 2 stuff. But, I assure you that I am seeing other ECN's,(ISLD,TNTO,BTRD,INCA) at those lower levels as indicated using AT Financial's level 2. In fact, today I horribly witnessed my offer in COMS quickly dropping (3) levels before I had to change my offer to get out. I know nothing about an ISLD's limit book. Dominick
