Example of another thing that should scare AOL (example, mind you, not direct competition): Bell Canada now offers business customers free internet access. Use their long distance, get free internet service. Look out AOL, the phone companies will be after you. And in the realm of price-slashing, service-packaging, under-cutting, anti-competitive practices, MSFT has them all beat. One of these days...
