"Technical analysis for beginners" has a change of posters who used to do software and general technical analysis "advice" explanations to beginners. A few of them quit, recently, due to losing most of the files on Silicon Investor's hard disk. The files can no longer be referred to. Most investors find them too specific on many different software. Some think that the level of discussions are personal and not in proper progression to teach beginners.

"Analysis class for beginners" does not address technical analysis on all software available. Instead; chooses a few free software available to give beginners a feel for the indicators and charts. I feel that most investors who are learning technical analysis need more "help desk" explanation of terminology and significant factors in using the indicators for faster understanding of what technical analysis can offer in investments.

However, technical analysis and especially micro technical analysis is discussed as part of the overall investment strategy. A balanced approach is emphasized along with financial planning, market making, fundamentals, value investing, management consulting, importance of connection between companies, and overall technology direction and market shares. Research on annual report is a must before any investment.
