Hi Eric, problem is they were lying about sales going back at least a year before that, which is where I bought. It's my understanding though that these lawsuits generally produce only pennies on the dollar, and take years to resolve. I wonder if options are covered also, certainly lost lots on them within the lawsuit time period.

Interestingly, the entire time period other than about two weeks, was when John Young himself took the helm as CEO and COB...remember, when he was collecting the 10K a week for his superior experience in the industry. He'll probably try and hang it on Marengi if this thing goes anywhere.
