Do not buy ACRT on Margin. Let the stock go as low as it wants to go. The press release doesn't mean anything. All I can say is that the company is doing better operationally than I expected. A major international accounting firm experienced with the TAD business might be hired shortly to do the year end audit. Other positive changes to be made also. The shorts are helping the company, since Actrade does not need to raise equity capital. Why doesn't Amos buy, he already owns 35% and his salary has averaged $65,000 over the past three years, so what else can you ask for. Enjoy the price decline. Its manipulated, it has nothing to do with the ultimate value of the company.
