Colin: Yes..the idea is to create expense off the trading gain from the trading entity and yes that other entity will have consulting income from the trading entity. I wish to know if I can cash flow this way? Also, how to declare 475f?? I wish to know if I qualify, I want to avoid the hassle two years from now for audit. I trade daily.
