If so, they are selling at the bottom after buying near the top at $35+. These are obviously very smart people we are talking about - they probably manage some large funds. MRVC is selling at just over 18 times 1998 earnings estimates of $1.24, and I suspect that earnings number will turn out to be low as the year moves on and Xyplex starts to be accretive. Buying at $23 is a sure winner IF YOU ARE PREPARED TO HOLD.
