Well, if I were OSC, I would do it almost for free to cement my position as an absolutely top-tier aerospace general contractor! That alone is worth big bux. But we know they're also gonna get paid, don't we? That, on top of getting paid to develop the X-34 technology, adds up to a pretty good quarter's news, IMHO.
