Dog: As an owner of KIWT...I for one appreciate your information. Just a simple question, if I may? Why would the b/o/directors split the stock again & so soon??? Now IF an IPO were in the works...that would make some sense to - lower the "offering price"............as far as not needing the money -this might be quite secondary! An IPO would provide a new - fully tradable stock to use for options for employees, acquisition, etc. BWDIK. Thanks, Don
