The remnants of glacial till has blessed Northern Indiana with some of the finest soil in all the world. Unfortunately, I still find the need to plant some creeping red fescue soon in order to fend off some of the shade-loving weeds in my test plot.

#1001 has been kind enough to respond to most of my questions with the exceptions of number of shares in the float and the status of even partially-audited reports. Much confusion here over the repurchase of stock for inventory -- it reportedly has begun and at the market but not much significant activity. I have an uneasy feeling about the reports and their timeliness. It seems WF5L would want to accumulate as much as possible at this point if positive news was forthcoming. Positive news will only reduce the buying power WF5L now enjoys -- is it possible that they don't intend to totally retrieve the entire approved amount? #1001 has indicated to me they would not rest until the entire approved numbers were in the company's possession.

Regards to all at WF5L,

Scott
