Called the company today. Spoke to the secretary (always a great source of info). I said "When's the proxys going out to the shareholders?". She said the SEC attorneys are reviewing them and they should be out shortly informing the shareholders of the deal. She said "it's a done deal" and as soon as the proxys are approved they'll be sent out - hopefully soon.
