I know, this sounds crazy, but for what it is worth,
this is the way I handle my 3 brokers:

All Listed Stocks Datek $10/trade

BB < $1 Dreyfus Cash, $15 up to 10k
BB > $1 Discover Margin, $20 ($15 market)

Straight put/calls Dreyfus $15 up to 10 contracts
Cover calls Discover (or Dreyfus)
Naked Calls Dreyfus (you need > $20k)
Option spread I cannot do

Notes:
Dreyfus has a $40 annual fee
Margin rates are:
Datek: BC
Dreyfus: BC+0/1%
Lombard: BC+2% (approx)
