Yes, I saw the Zacks upgrade. You are right about their rating being independent (and conservative), but they do utilize the earnings forecasts of the analysts they track. And yes, their forecast is only for the next quarter (fine by me, there's a shortage of short term ratings). I haven't plotted a Zacks rating against ZOLT price - I'm not even sure you can get past ratings data. Anyway, a "4" certainly isn't anything to get excited about! Bump it to a "2" (at a reasonable price) and I'll bite. Not yet, particularly with it headed down in a red hot market. Something's amiss, presumably upcoming earnings.
