Ooops, yes, thanks Robert. Annual cost = $40 per year with $400 at 10% capital cost. But 10% subscribers on CDMA by NextWave is too low. In about 3 years they should have about 30% of pops using CDMA cheap phones. Maybe only 20% but prices are going to cause an enormous flood of subscribers who move off wireline services to wireless for convenience.

Even at $40 per year it is not much for a really convenient cheap service and I can't see it as being an excessive price for spectrum.

Don't know analog cellular company values. I see analog as old technology waiting for the day!!
