BTW, 700,000 shares is 9.1% of the company. Correct me if I'm wrong but don't they use these shares as collateral to then short the stock ? Then they convert some of the dibentures (which creates shares) as their way of "covering" the shorts. I still don't completely understand it, but it obviously works.

If this is their plan, then I say sell while it's at 9/32. That would be 1/16 better than I did.
