Jim Lou I can't tell you yet. I download end of the day quotes from Dial Data around midnight. I download quotes on the entire NYSE, Amex, and Nasdaq so it takes a few hours to get all the quotes. I have the program set to download after I go to bed. I'll let you know tomorrow if NBR gave a buy signal yet. I did pick up some UTI today prior to getting a buy signal because I can see that we're close and the stock is selling for 25% of what it was selling for in November. I'm probably a little early as usual. Dave
