Joe, I see SMTK is up sharply today. I believe we received exactly 355,555 shares of restricted stock worth $8,000,000 several months ago. . If we still have those shares intact I'd guess they are worth about $12,000,000 now. . But before I think about that, I'd like to know: Have we sold any shares? How many shares do we have today? . Are the shares we have - free-trading? Or restricted? . If restricted, when will they be: 1) marginable/borrowable?? 2) free-trading?? . On a possibly related issue: I believe I read that DCI bought about 700,000 shares of stock and I'd guess that cost DCI about $1,500,000 in cash. Where did the cash come from? I am wondering if the SMTK was sold or borrowed against to raise the $1.5m . Thanks! Keep up the excellent work! . Colin
