Allen the figure I found was 42% long term debt. Seems like quite a bit to me. Thought you might be interested in a "real" munber instead of the vague "owes a lot of $$" that you have been getting from other parties. I haven't looked into the number fully yet as it is late and I need sleep, but I'll be looking at it more tomorrow and post you if I come up with anything big. Jeffery E Forrest
