Don and ALL:
Amen, Don. I demand that the officers of this PUBLIC company exercise their fiduciary responsibility to keep this a PUBLIC company and preserve and grow what is left of our investment. I have listened for years now to the unfulfilled promises of this company. I have also kept the faith because I believed that the IMSLIB has tremendous potential. Now that this company is at a serious crossroad, I expect the officers of this company to act IN UNISON to keep the dream alive for all of us.
It has been stated here already, but it bears repeating. Tell us lies, take this company private or into bankruptcy or otherwise avoid your responsibilities and you will be hounded for the rest of your lives through the court systems of this country by the same people who doggedly supported you when support was not always due. TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY. If you don't, you will wake up ten years from now wishing you had done the right and decent thing.
At the present time you are not releasing FACTUAL news that is keeping the shareholders of this company in the dark as to their investment. The SEC has already been apprised of this fact. So if you do not want to end up with Michael Millken, I suggest you wake up and do your jobs. Quit fighting among yourselves and start fighting for the future of this company.
Shareholders, it is time for the gloves to come off. Call the company and demand to be heard and taken seriously. And do it now! Don't think that someone else is going to do it for you. If you wait until next week at this time, it will be too late. The dark forces at work behind the scenes will have already stolen this company from you.
Employees, there is nothing I can say that will adequately express my thanks to you for past, current and future efforts. You are the driving force behind this company. Please make your voices heard as well. And please be our voices to the people who are too busy to return our faxes, phone calls and emails.
If we rise from these looming ashes, it will be a glorious day for all of us. The only control we have over that hope is to work together as never before.
