Hey Joe take it easy u are getting too excited......you don't own this company anymore remember? My take on the lawsuit is that it is pretty much a nonevent. In fact, all the plaintiffs named on the lawsuit are species this company could do away with...hmmm, could be an incentive for some more cleanup, no? I haven't seen the interview of the Doc yet (I will when I get home tomorrow). But it sounds like he is taking lessons from Bill Clinton ("No comment" mode)......which has proved to be the best reaction so far (see the latest poll). As far as the numbers go we all know they have been "worked" over......but that is probably not in violation of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Sad...... I am holding.....feels funny having a gain that's for sure. Will reevaluate on 11/99 (my min. 3 yr holding period is up). Meanwhile, this is quite entertaining!!!!
