The SEC filing is interesting. It looks like Richard Pickup (Dito Devcar) entities bought 150,000 shares on 1/13/98 at about $13.46/share, and 20,000 shares on 1/26/98 at about $14.70/share.

So he was supporting RADAF at the low points.

Also interesting was the statement under "Source of Funds...":
"shares are acquired by means of private capital . . . and no portion of said funds have been borrowed."

This tells me that Dito Devcar's 4.7 million shares, almost 23% of the shares out, are not held in any margin account, and so not available for shorters to borrow and sell. Is this correct?
