After you capture your video you can play it back with the media player that comes with Windows. Then just right click to copy it to the clipboard. Now you can do what ever you want with it.

I use Picture Publisher. I lets you play the avi, open the frame, edit it, then put it right back in.

P.S. Much easier than trying to time your capture (Snappy sucked)
