James, I was reading NCII 10KSB posting on EDGAR (dated 06/28/96) and the even more recent 10QSB (dated 08/13/96). Some interesting reading. Look for the paragraphs/sections titled or containing the phrase "Possible inability to continue as a going concern". Not surprising to read that this is a possibility in view of the multimillion dollar accumulated deficit and steep decline in year-to-year revenues. P.S. my only interest in this is that I used to be hold stock in one of Mr. Norris' other companies, Patriot Scientific, and was reading NCII SEC reports on Edgar this weekend because my brother was an investor in NCII (although he liquidated his position today). And I sure hate to see others get burned. Best of luck, Bill.
