Stan, help me out on this one. I recall that WEDB was
on the offer at 12 7/8, but I guess Devcar was not the
purchaser for these shares--someone else?

Also, as I recall, WEDB was selling at 17+ a few weeks later,
again, not Devcar. I wonder who WEDB was representing. Whoever
it was had DEEP pockets--RADAF buybacks? I guess we'll know on Monday.
