Mary, Pardon me for saying so: obviously you haven't spent much time in a giant American Corporation. Craig Barrett didn't get to where he is overnight; his vision/execution ability had to be demonstrated--and more than demonstrated--every Hay level he was promoted from. Intel is not a pa-and-ma shop that promotes the best friend of the owner's distant cousin. Regards, Ibexx
