There are several technology issues in Canada that have interesting prospects in the near future. I believe that the term "technology" is very broad based and I really prefer to break it down to different sub groups: The following are some of my favourites: Networking, LAN and WAN issues: Eicon- sym.EIC on TSE Plaintree- sym.LAN Hummingbird sym.HUM on TSE Communication stocks (ISDN, video compression, Telephony etc.) Gandalf sym.GAN on TSE ABL Canada sym ABL on TSE Clearnet sym NET.A on TSE Mitel sym.MLT on TSE NII Norsat sym.NII on TSE Leitch Tech. sym.LTV on TSE Cintech sym CTM on TSE Internet related: Softquad sym.SKI on TSE Speedware sym.SPW on TSE By no means is this an exhaustive list, but some of the stocks that I am currently following. Also, be advised, that by all traditional valuation methods, these stocks appear to be horrendously overvalued. Traditional methods will not apply.
