"I believe it was Softbank Japan's own press release that stated Zulu-Tek had purchased Softbank Interactive Marketing [developers of the Softbank Network], for "somewhere between 5 and 10 million dollars." Correct me if I am wrong...but I believe someone spoke to execs at NETZ who verified that the transaction was in American Dollars and not stock. Softbank Japan still owns 35 percent of SIM. NETZ bought controlling interest [65%]. EchoMedia's [another NETZ subsidiary] website claimed a 20 million dollar acquisition account." Where did this info come from?? Looking everywhere, can't seem to confirm? Got a link?
