taxikid: Sounds like you don't have much of a background on discounted / floorless / death spiral converts. Any company that does one of these deals is selling their soul to the Devil. And El Diablo gets his due on Judgement, um Conversion Day. I suggest you pull up charts on the following companies: WRLS, KKRO, YESS, CMYN, RACE, PNDA since all of them have done discounted convert deals in the last two years. Those pictures are pretty only to us shorts. drakes353
