ERGB took some charges associated with the CTSS acquisition and has some start-up development expenses. I'm not happy with the revised earnings but I understand that sales and gross margins were and are on target and earnings will come in now that the higher than normal development expenses, acquisition charges and operating expenses are behind the company.

Another thing. I was never paid to post and to imply such is a lie. Don't resort to Coz's level. You ought to at least be above that.

Finally, I'll be happy to defend myself. I've always said what I believe and acted accordingly. As for my phone #, go look it up on the internet or send me an e-mail. If you posted your real name, you might get a better response.
