Two hours? When they cannot usually return a phone call? Turning up in the flesh shows more commitment than making a call. And it is a lot harder to put visitors 'on hold'. I think that NETZ is not prioritizing phone based interest due to sheer volume. Instead they are focusing their time on meeting with people (or being met as it were) and showing stuff in personal demos. I bet they feel that their product cannot be fully evaluated without personal guidance. It is mutifaceted, the ads proper not being more than a small piece of the cake. That said I think they should come up with some solution to 'feed the hungry masses'. A self serve type setup would be just fine.
