Brooks, I would be an ideal candidate for on-line banking according to these reports but I have absolutely no interest in the service. Why? Because I can use bank by phone and do everything I want to do at 1/3 the price. For me, it would have to be cheaper and offer an automatic tie-in to check writing to make sense. Bankers are notorious for chanrging for everything so I doubt I will use for quite some time. Having said all this, I do believe that eventually a compelling on-line application will be delivered at the right price and this is why I believe Checkfree is a good stock.

I also can't understand all of this talk about Microsoft - bankers are very leary of them and would not IMO give them access to their customer base no matter what.
