I am as well amused by the reaction on this thread to the NOVL class action lawsuit. What will it do to the action of NOVL stock (IMHO)? NOTHING!! Class action suits are some of the most useless things known to mankind. Geez, as a long suffering NOVL holder, I am REALLY looking forward to the opportunity of spending an afternoon filling out my papers, copying my transaction confirms, so that I MIGHT have the opportunity to reap anywhere from a dime to a quarter for each share that I own!!
Again, owning and holding NOVL at much higher prices, I am much happier with Mr. Schmidt at the helm than the previous suspects. I thought his performance on CNBC was more than acceptable...to expect him to step into the trap of responding to guesses on future company performance is not only unreasonable, but for him to do so would be absolutely crazy.
