There is obviously a problem. Whether it's the channel stuffing question or the funny accounting practices that made things look rosier than they were or the fact that a lot of people have doubts about how the absorption of DEC will turn out. Maybe it's all of the above and a few we haven't heard of. Truth is the stock is at 32 for a reason and an analyst downgrade isn't it. This stock has had 3 good days in the last month while the stock market and techs have exploded.
