I work at blah blah blah. Perhaps the most compelling reason that these people who claim to work at a company are frauds is the fact that the employee's e-mail is the property of the company. Accordingly, a company can easily track down the source of the post in a matter of seconds, and in this case the clown at Yahoo is claiming to send his messages from work. Furthermore, the courts view this issue in terms of the company's property rights--not the employee's privacy rights. As such, there is no way on God's Green Earth that a seven year employee of LSI (or any other company) would risk his or her job to post such inane garbage. Thus, all contributors on this board who are commenting on their company's prospects must be aware that "Big Brother" is very much allowed to watch.
