With all due respect, I defer to disagree with your statement, "and an analyst downgrade isn't it.". If you recall the day the bozo from SB downgraded CPQ, it went down as low as 30+. It didn't recover until another one from ML, (I think) upgraded it contradicting the first bozo., a war of the bozos, I'd say. I can't tell whether you are short or long this stock, but it is true that the SB's "paper-pimp" comment has directly affected this stock to the downside in more ways than one and mostly by instilling a bad perception and doubt in investors like you, IMHO.
