The new president - he is a sharp, tough cookie, clear minded, fair and seasoned. But nobody can turn a company stock around overnight - unless through fraudulent means. Exar has alot going for it - lots of proprietery products and technology - if only they can integrate the various pieces into higher value and higher growth products. Potential is there but will require an injection of new methodology and technology on top of the continued innovation at the macro level. Real conistent growth - 30% to 40% a year, at least 9 months off - double your money in 18 months. Good luck - Marcus Tai
