Well said Sue! It's WAY BEYOND dog eat dog with these markets! I hope Joe will paper trade to get good at it. Trading small caps is more like swimming nude with Piranha fish! I just looked over my portfolio and see I lost over $5000 last week....lesson learned...when you can't watch your stocks.....convert to cash and safe stocks...guess I just forgot that Cash is the object of the game. I have a brand new strategy...based on my old strategy....no more games...I'm going for the DREAM! The Dream may look cloudy and fuzzy right now but I just shined up my crystal ball and the future looks brighter than a Supernova! I'm going to buy a backup computer to insure it. No more games...no more BS....no more treating smoke and mirrors as gold...The only three things I can think of in this world that are constant and true are time,money,and love....Time is unforgiving...time doesn't care...time doesn't stop...a moment missed is a moment gone and reduced to a memory forever...money can buy you time...that is the highest value of money is it's interchangeability (to a point) with time....love is real but in the absence of true communication and mutual respect for a partners point of view and at least an attempted empathy for that it can only be known from the subjective reality of our own minds. Time can't and money can't buy it or change it's reality but love can change the reality of time and money...that makes it the strongest of the three...Love,Time,Money...The three dynamic components of Life. If anyone can think of any ultimate goals which don't incorporate the best of all three I would like to know what it is. That's why I like stocks that deal with making any of these better. The year 2000 is still my target for achieving all of this and $1000 per week is a short stepping stone...I want $10,000 per DAY! And I want to automate the process so I can enjoy life without chaining up my time completely. I not only believe this is possible, I believe others have done and are doing it. I hope this thread is the beginning of that path for all of us, and I believe it is. Cents
