"At $2.5 URMD has good fundamentals." Not sure I would have worded things this way in light of their most recent financial statements. Quite frankly, they were worse than a disaster. The company has gone on record as saying they see no change in this situation for the remainder of 1998. (see my prior post). Seems that URMD's viability centers exclusively around their ability to strike up an affiliation. I was encouraged when they said they had been approached. Hugh
