James Davidson has reported in the latest issue of STRATEGIC INVESTMENT that GHP Exploration apparently has a solid discovery in its Sud Nefta well in Tunisia. He also reports that CIBC Oppenheimer has initiated coverage of SEV with a strong buy recommendation.
