baron; a major asset sale needs Shareholder approval and why would we sale now at a low oil price . I also believe we need a independentopioin on the oil land but with your price I believe it worth closer to $ 4 .5 mill usally abuyer is a low bidder . I propsal a share swap with titan even up and let them run this CIRCUS they seem to have a plan . this selling a major asset now , which you were stressing as a MAJOR PLay would be another wise move by whoever is running this OIL co. and all its LEAKERS, if we a shareholder vote on that asset sale then we can find were the debenture money went into BIGFOOT IN MOUTH Drill PROGRAM .I gotta believe this stock is cheap if there s only 4MIl shares outstanding and 500tousand in the bank . POWERS IN THE COMPANY TALK TO TITAN TO SWAP STOCK SHARE FOR SHARE so we can and them benifit the AUUSIE deal then sale olex stake for $4million then WE WOULD HAVE A GAME just my thoughts and a way to end these debs sales and oil sales and seeing no trace of there results Eom paisley
