NARROWING OSCILLATIONS

Normally stocks will oscillate all day long. It is much like throwing a pebble in a pond where the waves become smaller and smaller as time erodes the energy of the waves.

Some stocks will continue to have large oscillations every day with high volume for a long period of time.

Generally speaking, all stocks start off swinging early in the day to gradually go into narrowing oscillations just as the waves caused by the pebble decreased. You can make money watching and patterning their intraday moves. Normally highs are hit early. In order for a trader to have sufficient room for profits (UPSIDE), he must first wait for a sell off of at least 3/4 point. This is HIGH PERCENTAGE trading.
