I use Scottsdale as well. They charge me $35 and 2 1/2% for stocks under $1. For stocks under $1, I must have the money in my account. I live in Wisconsin (Packer land) and trade thru the Madison branch. Sounds like they (Scottsdale) may have different rules for their various branches?????
