Scott,
Inasmuchas your time here will soon come to an end since you have chosen not to continue your SI membership beyond the trial period, I want to make something very clear to you:
From you post:

<<(None of these items, despite what some here may think, are inside info. Those who think so *cough*Victoria*cough* need to educate themselves further on what true inside information really is. <g>)>>
(Off topic: Scott, try some dextromethorphan hydrobromide for that nasty cough! ;)
I am very educated with regard to what constitutes insider information, but will not argue that point with you, as my background or credentials are irrelevant at this point in time. To say that you will not leak insider information on the one hand, then to insinuate or imply in other posts that you would've or could've revealed inside info to this board had we "appreciated" your value to us as you perceive it to be is really not the issue. There is a fine line between what should be made public, such as a magazine interview, and what should be kept within the confines of the company to avoid violating SEC regulations. Furthermore, attempting to boost the stock price for insiders' self-serving purposes at the expense of the the other shareholders (hyping) is unethical, though not necessarily illegal.
My beef with you, Scott, is that you claimed to be here to help the GTIS shareholders, but you behaved very immaturely in instigating hostilities, trying to incite defensive postures on the board, and spewing insults at the Dryers and shareholders who do not agree with some of your opinions. If this is your personality, you may be somewhat unaware of how your arrogance undermines what real value you might have had to this discussion, though I believe that others see this point based on some of the commentaries on this thread. Everyone has his faults or idiosyncrasies; for you it appears to be arrogance and for me, it is verbosity...errr...sarcasm...(and several others!). :)
When dealing with the GTIS shareholders who already feel deceived by the company and have sustained considerable financial losses in some cases, it would seem to be a poor strategy to antagonize the very people who keep the developers in business through purchasing the stock and/or the games themselves. Trying to assuage their fears of further losses with informative and thoughtful posts would have had an entirely different effect than what was observed here. You do not know me personally, so you might not believe me when I say this, but I have genuinely tried to give you some free advice, Scott. I tried to explain to you how you were alienating this board and I tried to give some logical reasons for why your refusal to supply your email address or pay the SI membership fee were not in anyone's best interest (including yours). When it became obvious that you would rather defend your position by continuing to post arrogantly and insultingly in some cases than to perhaps soften your stance a bit so that whatever you might contribute could be more easily digested, I decided to have some fun with you. (You served that purpose well, so thank you!) I can deal with you on any level, Scott, so whereever you'd like to play handball, that is fine with me!
I just finished reviewing the posts here and pondered all of our exchanges. There was some decent information posted here - true or not, I don't know - but it is food for thought. There was a further polarization of the shareholders against management or its representatives. There was some mud slinging - nothing too damaging, I'd say - and certainly nothing that I would lose any sleep over personally.
As you depart this thread, Scott, I want to tell you that although I felt that you deserved to have your insults and arrogant banter thrown right back at you (and it was by several - TOUCHE' to the thread! :), I did not mean to be vicious, as I am not a vicious person, so if I have hurt your feelings in any way, I apologize. However, I do hope that one day, when you have a moment to peruse this thread again, and you will <ggg>, please try to see that we tried to help you, too. It WAS and IS a two way street on the SI board, and to accept this graciously without tooting your own horn constantly would speak much more highly of you in the both the near and far term than the approach that you chose to use. I think your last few posts except the one in which you are again boasting about your accomplishments (for shame - tsk, tsk, tsk!) were a little milder which was good. Perhaps an old dog can learn a new trick or two without changing his breed entirely?
For the sake of my friends here who have lost a lot of money on this one, I hope that GTIS and their affiliates choose to make things right though I suspect that until the problems with management are alleviated, the shareholders will be in for more disappointments.
In closing, Scott, I want to link you to 3 posts from another thread. I almost posted it here to you, but that would truly have been a flame of the nastiest sort. Even I would reserve such dissing for a truly more deserving case! Remember that as they say here in the south (I'm from the North, incidentally), "What goes around, comes around." I guess that's the Golden Rule spoken while under the influence of cheese grits and greens. (Yummy, btw!!) :)
Skip the preliminary chat to my bud, Pat, and go right to the heart of the posts...tee hee hee
