I am new to SI, but in the short time I have been reading the posts on various BB stocks, I would have to say we are all motivated by greed here. Who are you kidding James? The MMs greed vs. your desire to make a decent living? Few if any of you out there seem to be investors. You jump from thread to thread and stock to stock looking to turn a $.10 investment into $1 in a few days based on which newsletter or PR firm is pumping out the most speculative news on these companies. Yes, sometimes shortsellers can damage the price of a stock, but if these companies release audited numbers and produce the earnings and growth they promise, the stock price will go to where it belongs in time.
HNLY? IMHO, it's quite simple. If they release earnings in line or exceeding what has been hyped all week, the stock will rise. If news is delayed or below expectations, all you "investors" will bail and look for whatever is the next hot stock, maybe back to MDIN or AGTI or something new.
Point is, just take this for what it is, high tech gambling. Don't blame the MM's or the crooks in Canada or the newsletters or anyone but yourself. This penny stock universe has more than it's share of scams, cons and dishonesty and no one should be surprised by that. Do all the DD you want, but if the sources of your information are purposely misleading you it won't matter. If you're lucky, you'll pick a winner if not, whatever. In and out, pump and dump, that is how this game is played. |
