Chuck, assuming that IPM and its' management is on the level and all is kosher with the BRX potential, what or why would there be a conspiracy against IPM's success?

If the BRX was coveted by some hostile party, wouldn't they be buying up all the shares they could get at this level? If "they" are waiting for the demise of IPM before moving in, perhaps now would be good time to exit? Is just can't see this conspiracy theory flying. If IPM had proved up an economical extraction process and the property assayed some decent numbers; I could see your point, but that's not where we are at this point in time. Could you please elaborate?
