Fred, through all this, you still seem to miss the point. John Young is a shyster with what I consider to be a proven record of taking lots o cash at our expense. IMO, John Young still runs the show. You are under his clutches. The refusal of John Young and company to allow any other board members clearly shows their dictatorship and their intentions IMO. Any other Novell exec with the poor performance of John Young was canned, yet he remains, along with his other faithful followers on the BOD. In Novell's case, the lawsuit may have more significance than most due to the blatant disregard for shareholders that's gone on for years. From a credibility standpoint, Novell is John Young IMO. You want to see a 5 point pop in the stock, help get rid of him. I have no doubt that one way or another the company will continue to stabalize over the years, but if you want fast action and return to the limelight, get rid of John Young and crew, replace them with some Silicon Valley big names...you've got it...IMO. Why Novell investors are so tolerant to this situation is waay beyond me.
