First of all, it isn't 6 million shorts, it is 6 million shares that are short. Although, since the vast majority of these shorters are retail, you may be right after all. Ever hear of a company called Dell Computer? A full 30% of this company's shares were short before it ran big time (I think it doubled). Yes idiot, 6 million short shares CAN be wrong.
2. I can cover my position ad infinitum.
This statement is almost as stupid as the one made by that intellectual giant Peter Moss when he tried to tell us to hedge our long position by going short. If you think you can cover a short position 'ad infinitum' you are truly delusional. I think even your shorter friends on this forum will agree on this point.
3. I personally think KRY is over valued even if they owned all the concessions at Las Christinas and were mining it.
Has it even entered that snail-quick pea-brain of yours that there is a good possibility of a major BUYING LC from KRY in the (more than likely) eventuality that they win? What would that do to your evaluation lameoid?
I love this! First the shorters tell us that KRY doesn't stand a chance in hell of winning this court case and now, when it seems that they will indeed win, suddenly LC is worthless! Jesus, talk about delusional!
4. Most buying has been retail and wide spread. Institutional shorting is however big.
You are a total moron. You have got this EXACTLY backwards (but I would expect nothing less from one of your supreme ignorance). When a brokerage house was recently asked why they weren't allowing their institutional investors to short KRY but were allowing their retail clients to do so, want to know what their response was? "This is what they're there for." Fodder. Grist for the mill.
5. Reality always reflects value eventually.
Yes and reality will make sure to reflect that your value goes to zero (or significantly less) in 'short' order. This is called 'evolution' (have your mommy explain this concept to you if you don't understand). The human gene pool tends to eradicate its congenital idiots.
