sorry i did not respond earlier, but SI has a three message a day rule until they have my subscription $ the RUMOR i heard...that MGM had patriot customize a board for their project...and if chosen, the order would be 3 million chips..then, on friday, my source told me he heard it would be 3 million boards @ about $500 per board..the time span was not known. MGM wants to build machines, ITM like, where customers can choose a movie title and the machine will download the movie onto, i assume, a DVD type disk..MGM had given patriot 30 days to demonstrate the board; the 30 days ended with february. the competition could be toshiba, but i don't recall that clearly. i was told this info from a businessman in san diego, which is where i grew up. he and i both have substantial holding in patriot. i understand these are not facts and u should understand that too. i felt i should pass on what i have heard; i hope it is appropriate. beachcomber
