Well now, Fred, it is not the bad new itself that is welcome to a (long) investor, but knowledge of it. Moreover, a billion dollar contract, even with contingencies, is big news for OSC, and I venture to say is good news.
Yes, we have one primary and a few secondary energizer bunnies, one of whom has been making what are probably outlandish price predictions (altho I've got to say they are slightly less outlandish after Friday's good news, and as long as Friday's bad news turns out to be bogus).
