The company has absolutely the right to monitor how the employee is spending his/her time during working hours (after all the employee is on its patroll). And if all he/she does during the working hours to browse for example the SI threads (!!!) using company's equipment (e.g. PC) but using his/her AOL account (for example), then the company has the absolute right to take whatever action it wants to stop that! It is not a question of big brother watching, but rather the little brother taking advantage of the big brother with absolutely no regards and respect to the big brother! Regards, Addi Jamshidi
